2025 Pat Morelock Memorial $500 Scholarship
Deadline July 15, 2025!
High School Graduate through College Senior Pursing Post-Secondary Education, MEMBERS ONLY (can submit membership and fees with this application)
ELIGIBILITY – This Hendricks County Horseman’s Club Scholarship is available to all 2025 high school graduates through college seniors who are pursuing post-secondary education (colleges, universities, and trade schools) and who is a member of the Hendricks County Horseman’s Club. Proof of enrollment required.
CRITERIA – Selection criteria will be competitive, based on:
- High school academic performance (Provide Transcript)
- Community service
- Activities in the horse industry
- A written essay titled “How Hendricks County Horseman’s Club Has Made a Difference in My Life”To qualify for this Scholarship applicants must submit his or her application with a typed, 12 point font, 1 inch margins, double-spaced, 1500 maximum word count essay to the Hendricks County Horseman’s Club Scholarship Board of Directors. Each essay should contain a cover sheet with the applicant’s name, address and biographical information.
- Must exhibit or volunteer at two of our three shows (May, June, July)
